Dear Sage200Pro Technical/Product Team,
There have been multiple end client requests to add functionality in sage200 -Pro System to track Master Record level user changes/updates in each of the financials module ledgers (Customer/Supplier/Nominal/Cashbook). Most of our client's system auditors have been asking for this type of Audit Trail. Our clients, including ourselves are unable to produce required audit trail reports for Master Record Level updates, hence auditor finds Sage200Pro system is lacking this functionality and hence it is a big limitation to meet requirement of system audit compliance .
Ideally, when this functionality is added in the system it should provide full Master Record level audit trail.
On behalf of all our clients, I request Sage200Pro Product Development/Enhancement team to review this requirement as a matter of urgency and implement it in the upcoming version, including issuing required service pack/hotfix for prior versions as per Sage's Product Life policy.
Also, it is worth adding same audit trail functionality in Commercials Module for all sub-modules.
