There have been some changes in functionality (ex: the @mentioning has been replaced by the case comments feature) and we are working to update the case visibility to make it easier to find cases.

Search function is completely useless. See attached results for "Sage HRMS Price List.
I could not agree more. This is not ready for release. Lots of work to do to make this even barely usable.
