When you have created a VAT submission in Financials a transaction included in this return will then become unchangeable. This is completely understandable for values e.g. tax treatments, unit prices etc. However, it would be really helpful if you could change information on the transaction which does not effect the submission. I have an invoice which I would like to unpost to amend items such as the address, PO etc. I am unable to do this as I cannot unpost. I think there should be an option to "open for amendments" which would allow a user to change items which don't effect the VAT return.
