Thank you for your feedback - there is a link for Sage Ideas for the Sage Partner Hub (the Improvement Ideas menu option). Are you referring to a different Sage Ideas area?
Also, the request for a link to them main Sage City page has been added to the backlog for a future release. In the meantime, you can access Sage City by navigating to Support>Additional Resources>Product Support (Townhall Resources) and then click on the Sage City logo in the upper left.
